HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If a size is not available, you will not be able to add it to your bag. When selecting an unavailable size for certain items, you will be given the option to be notified via email when it is back in stock. We cannot guarantee that the item will become available again, however, we will be sure to alert you if it does.

Please be aware that if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be sold since it isn’t reserved.

DOES SCHUTZ RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Our styles tend to run true to size. We recommend checking our size chart below. Items with specific fitting will have a note on “Details”. If for any reason you need to go a size up or down, you will be able to request an exchange*.

Schutz styles follow a standard type B for women shoes.

*exclusions apply for outside U.S orders.

PRE-ORDER

Although payment is taken at checkout, items advertised as pre-orders will have an estimated delivery date extended. The client comes to an agreement by placing the order. In exceptional cases, there may be a change in the delivery period, which the customer will be alerted prior to.
